According to the Douglas County Happenings Newsletter, on Thursday, May 4th, Douglas County will host a Comprehensive Plan Open House at 5 pm.

The meeting will allow citizens to closely explore “the critical elements of the land use vision of the Douglas County Comprehensive Plan.”

This Thursday, the forum will discuss:

Countywide Character Areas
Future Land Use Maps and Updates
New Parks and Greenspace Concepts
Lithia Springs and Winston Small Area Concepts

The meeting will take place at the Dog River Library, 6100 GA Hwy 5, Douglasville GA 30135
