Newly elected Douglasville officials have been sworn in and are ready to serve according to a recent post on the website Douglasville.gov.
On January 4, 2024, returning Mayor Rochelle Robinson was sworn in along with City Council members Chris “Coach” Watts, Howard Mestes, and new Ward 2 Post Councilwoman Elena Hudson. Elena Hudson is the owner of The HUD Food Truck & Hudson’s Hickory House a restaurant that has been a staple in the Douglasville community since 1971.
