Earlier today the Douglasville Police Department provided an update on the fatal shooting. The incident took place on Wednesday, July 6th in Douglasville, Ga. Arrests have been made in the shopping center shooting. According to Douglasville’s Police Department, they have in custody two of the five individuals wanted in connection to Wednesday’s fatal shooting of 21 year old Angel Felix.

According to the department, Felix was shot during an “alleged drug deal in the McDonald’s parking lot” inside of the Douglas Commons Shopping Center. The crime scene, which left one person dead, consisted of excess cash as well as drugs.

Although arrests have been made in the shopping center shooting, police are still searching for three individuals: Abel Santiago, Ovicel Santiago and Victor Maldonado. They are asking for the community’s help. Please Contact Det. Williams at (678)293-1743 if you have any information.
